Acceptable use policy

This policy applies to everyone who uses PiratProxies proxies. It exists to keep the networks usable and to keep our customers and the people behind the IP addresses safe.
You may not use the service to
- Break the law of the country you are in, the country of the exit IP, or the country of the site you connect to.
- Commit or attempt fraud, including payment fraud, account takeover, credential stuffing, carding, or fake-identity sign-ups.
- Send spam or bulk unsolicited messages by email, SMS, chat or social platforms.
- Attack, scan or probe systems you do not own or have written permission to test, including denial-of-service attacks, brute forcing and vulnerability scanning.
- Distribute malware, operate botnets or command-and-control servers, or host phishing.
- Access, share or sell material that sexually exploits children. We report it to the authorities.
- Harass, stalk, threaten or dox anyone, or collect personal data unlawfully.
- Infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights.
- Manipulate elections, or run coordinated inauthentic behaviour on social platforms.
- Access banking, government or healthcare services in a way those services do not permit.
- Resell or share your credentials in a way that hides who is using them.
Fair use
Unlimited plans are limited by the speed you bought. Do not attempt to bypass speed limits or interfere with the network.
Enforcement
We may block destinations, limit traffic, suspend accounts or cancel plans without notice when we see or receive credible reports of abuse. Plans and balance on accounts closed for abuse are not refunded. We cooperate with valid legal requests.

If you believe our service was used against you, email support@piratproxies.com with the date, time, time zone and the IP address involved.
