Questions and answers
How do I pay?
In cryptocurrency. You add balance to your account through our payment processor, choosing the coin on the payment page, and spend that balance on any plan. You can also pay for a single order directly.
How fast do I get my proxies?
At once when you pay from your balance. When you pay an order directly in crypto, the plan is created as soon as the network confirms the payment, usually within a few minutes.
Can I get a refund?
No. All sales are final and we do not refund purchases or balance. If a plan cannot be delivered, its price goes back to your account balance automatically. Start with the smallest plan to make sure the product suits your target.
How do I connect?
With a host, a port, a username and a password, over HTTP or SOCKS5. Country, city and sticky-session settings are written into the username; the generator in your dashboard builds it for you.
Is there a discount for large orders?
Yes. Gigabyte plans cost less per GB as the order gets bigger, in steps listed on the pricing page. The step you reach applies to the whole order and is taken off automatically at checkout, with no code to enter. Top-ups of an existing plan get the same steps.
Can I add traffic to a plan later?
Yes. Gigabyte plans can be topped up and keep the same login. Unlimited datacenter plans can be extended by days while they are running.
Does my balance or traffic expire?
Account balance does not expire. Each plan shows its own end date in the dashboard, and traffic left on a plan when it ends is lost.
What if an order fails?
You are not charged for a plan you did not receive. If delivery fails, the price returns to your account balance without you having to ask.
What do I need to sign up?
An email address and a password. We do not ask for identity documents.
What am I not allowed to do?
Anything illegal, and anything that harms other people or networks: fraud, spam, attacks, credential stuffing. The acceptable use policy has the full list, and accounts that break it are closed without refund.
How do I know a proxy works before I rely on it?
Every plan page has a test button that sends a request through your proxy from our side and shows the exit IP. Buying the smallest plan first is the cheapest way to try a product against your own target.
