Terms of service

These terms are the agreement between you and PiratProxies ("we") for use of this website and the proxy plans sold on it. By creating an account or buying a plan you accept them.

1. The service

We sell access to proxy networks. A plan gives you a username and password that route your traffic through those networks for a set amount of traffic or a set time.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. Keep your password private; you are responsible for everything done through your account and with your proxy credentials. One person or business per account.

3. Acceptable use

You must follow the acceptable use policy. We may suspend or close an account, and cancel its plans, if we reasonably believe it is being used in breach of that policy or of the law.

4. Payments and balance

Prices are in US dollars. Payments are made in cryptocurrency through a third-party processor and credited to your account balance once confirmed on the network. Network and exchange fees are yours to pay; if less arrives than the invoice asked for, the amount that arrived is credited. Balance can be spent only on this service and has no cash value.

5. No refunds

All sales are final. We do not provide refunds under any circumstances. This applies to every payment, to account balance whether used or unused, and to plans whether or not their traffic or time was used. In particular, no refund is given because:

• you changed your mind, bought the wrong product or no longer need it;
• a website you wanted to reach blocks, limits or behaves differently through the proxies;
• traffic or time was left unused when a plan ended;
• your account was suspended or closed for breaking these terms or the acceptable use policy;
• you sent a payment late, in the wrong amount or on the wrong network.

If we are unable to deliver a plan you paid for, its price is returned to your account balance. That credit is not a refund and cannot be withdrawn.

You agree not to dispute or reverse a payment made to us. Because nothing is refunded, you should buy the smallest plan first and test it against your own use before buying more.

Nothing in this section removes a right that the law of your country gives you and that cannot be waived by agreement.

6. Delivery and plans

Plans are delivered automatically. Each plan shows its remaining traffic and end date in your dashboard. Traffic or time that is unused when a plan ends is lost. We do not guarantee that any particular website can be reached through the proxies, or any particular IP address, location or speed.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the service running but provide it "as is", without warranty. Networks may be changed, limited or withdrawn.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data. You agree to cover our losses arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the service.

9. Changes and termination

We may change these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept it. You may stop using the service at any time. We may end your access as described in section 3.
