What we collect

Who we share it with

Our network provider receives the plan details needed to create your plan, not your email. Our payment processor handles your crypto payment and receives the payment amount and our reference number. Our email provider delivers account emails. Google and Ahrefs receive the visit statistics described below. We disclose data when the law requires it.

Cookies and visit statistics

We set the cookies needed to keep you signed in, to protect forms and to remember your support conversation.

We count visits to our pages ourselves, without cookies: which page was viewed, the site the visitor came from, the country, and the kind of device and browser. Your IP address is used for a moment to tell one visitor from another within a single day, and is not stored with these counts.

To see how the public pages of this site are used, we use Google Analytics. It sets its own cookies and sends Google the pages you view, the site you came from, your approximate location, and your browser and device type. It is not loaded on the sign-in and sign-up pages or in your dashboard, where your password, plans and proxy logins are, and we do not use it for advertising. You can block it with your browser's settings or with Google's opt-out add-on.

We also use Ahrefs Web Analytics on the public pages. It receives the page viewed, the site you came from, and your approximate location, browser and device type. Like the others, it is not loaded on the sign-in and sign-up pages or in your dashboard.

Keeping and deleting

We keep account and payment records while your account is open and for as long afterwards as the law requires. To close your account or ask for a copy of your data, email support@piratproxies.com.
